Jerry Perullo is the Founder of Adversarial Risk Management, an integrated cybersecurity platform that combines state-of-the-art tooling with real-time threat intelligence and expert guidance. A seasoned expert in cybersecurity at scale with a focus on corporate governance, Jerry Perullo retired as the Chief Information Security Officer of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and its global parent company, Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), in early 2022. During his 20-year tenure, ICE grew from 40 employees to over 10,000, successfully integrating over $30 billion in mergers and acquisitions and diversifying effectively across asset classes, business segments, and geographic markets. An NACD Directorship Certified® professional, Perullo also served on the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) for six years, most recently as Chairman. He is currently a Professor of the Practice at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he teaches Enterprise Cybersecurity Management.
